VocaLive offers singers and vocalists a wide array of 12 professional real-time vocal effects along with various tools for practice, singing, and recording. These effects can be combined into a chain of 4 processors and saved as presets, with an initial set of 55 presets to expedite your start.

The iPhone version of VocaLive provides 12 vocal effects: Pitch Fix (for tuning or stylized FX), Choir, Morph, Reverb, De-Esser, Delay, Parametric EQ, Compressor, Chorus, Phazer, and Envelope Filter, as well as a vocal Double effect accessible after registration. Together, these effects offer extensive creative processing capabilities.

Through VocaLive, you can manipulate your voice, sing along to any track in your iTunes Music library (utilizing the Voice Cancel feature to eliminate existing vocals), and engage in vocal warm-up exercises.

The 2-track recorder allows you to sing over backing tracks or upgrade to the studio section (via in-app purchase) for full song recording. Additionally, with the optional Mic Room feature, VocaLive offers the sound and characteristics of 20 classic and modern studio microphone emulations for enhanced control over your vocal delivery.

Ready to perform live? VocaLive introduces Live Mode which features a user-friendly interface optimized for live usage. The interface allows for a comprehensive view of your settings in an easily digestible format designed for stage performance. Furthermore, an optional 4-track looper permits spontaneous creation of songs and harmonies.

For optimal performance, pair VocaLive with IK’s iRig Mic series or connect third-party microphones through the iRig Pre interfaces. While ideal for professional applications, you can also experiment and capture quick concepts using your iPhone’s built-in microphone or earbuds.

Managing your virtual setup is streamlined with iRig Stomp I/O integration, enabling preset changes and effect control directly from your feet. Alternatively, iRig Blueboard provides wireless Bluetooth control for convenient on-the-go adjustments.

Supported by Core Audio and Core MIDI compatibility, VocaLive accommodates the usage of numerous third-party interfaces or MIDI controllers. Additionally, it is compatible with Audiobus and Inter-App Audio functionalities, allowing seamless integration with other recording or songwriting applications.
